Secure Packaging
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton with all original certificates, appraisals, and documentation.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; our insurance covers the full value of the gems during transit.
Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the stone's authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
